Course information is provided for general planning and may be updated. A confirmed quotation or written agreement takes precedence over website content.

Online delivery

All Sterling programmes are delivered live online via Zoom Meeting. Sterling does not offer face-to-face, physical classroom or client-site delivery. Sessions are trainer-led in real time and are not pre-recorded.

Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device, webcam, audio and any software the course requires. Sterling is not liable for a participant being unable to attend because of their own equipment or connectivity.

Where a programme relates to a credential governed by an external authority, any prescribed practical session, physical assessment or provider-registered examination sits outside the online programme and is arranged separately through the registered provider.

Joining links and reminders

Zoom joining details are issued to the participant email address given at booking, once payment has been received. Automatic reminders are sent approximately one day and one hour before the session starts.

Joining links are for the named participant only and must not be shared or republished. Please check junk and quarantine folders, and add our sending address to your safe-senders list, before reporting a missing link.

HRD Corp claimability

Claimability is subject to employer eligibility, current scheme rules, course registration, documentation and approval. Website references do not guarantee a successful claim.

Certification programmes

Certification names, prerequisites, contact hours, assessments and awarding-body rules may change. Current requirements will be confirmed before enrolment.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry or quotation form does not create a booking. Dates, fees, trainer availability and scope are confirmed only in writing.

Seat reservations and payment

A seat is reserved when the reservation form is submitted and confirmed when payment is received in full. Sterling may release an unpaid reservation if payment is not received before the session starts.

Sterling may reschedule or cancel a session where minimum numbers are not met or the trainer is unavailable. In that event participants may transfer to another date or receive a refund of fees paid for that session.

Intellectual property

Website and course materials may not be copied, republished or redistributed without permission, except where an explicit licence applies.
